The goal of the medical practice is to provide each patient with as much direct access to the doctor as possible. Dr. Matthew Malta is in a solo, private medical practice. He feels this is the best way to provide a personal approach to medicine without being limited by outside constraints. Dr. Malta has no other health care providers in the office; there are no layers or “barriers” preventing you from direct access.
It is important to establish a one-on-one relationship with your doctor. In this practice you will have 24/7 direct access to Dr. Malta and have punctual same day or next day, unrushed appointments. He will provide patients with his cellphone number with the ability to text message and his e-mail so you can contact him directly about your healthcare needs. Additionally, the office is conveniently located with parking directly in front of the office door.
The DOC… approach means that Dr. Matthew Malta will have the precious commodity of time to care for you. With greater than 25 years of practice as an Annapolis doctor, Dr. Matthew Malta is not only experienced himself, but also has experience working with the exceptional medical specialists of the area.

DOC … Practice Design
This office will provide an affiliation between a patient and physician in which the patient pays an annual membership fee of $1,980 for services not covered by insurance. In exchange for this fee, the doctor will provide the services described in the Member Services/Benefits portion of DrMalta.com. Dr. Matt Malta will have fewer patients than in a conventional practice, and will be personally accessible via telephone, text and email at any time of day or night. We accept most major insurance plans. Please call our office to verify acceptance.
